What is the best way to store my Halzoni Fine Jewellery to keep it safe?

Keeping your fine jewellery safe is a very important point worth consideration. Choosing a container with specially designed protective surfaces will prevent unwanted scuffs or scratches. We recommend our Conserve Jewel Case as an ideal storage solution for your most treasured pieces.

To avoid tangles we recommend categorizing your jewellery by type and keeping them together in separate areas. Keeping pieces of same colour together can save time and being careful when placing them back or removing them avoids scratches from other pieces.

Can I shower with my Halzoni Fine Jewellery?

That largely depends on the type of jewellery and what it's made of. Some metals can be sensitive to steam and water and should be removed before showering such as Gold or silver. Other metals can do just fine with excessive moisture contact such as platinum and stainless steel. That is why it is best to consider what the jewellery you are wearing is made of when deciding whether to shower with it or not. We will always provide you with guidance during your shopping experience.

What colour of fine jewellery should I wear?

Colour can make all the difference. When it comes to selecting fine jewelry pieces to match an outfit, it is wise to consider the colors and styles that best work with your natural complexion or skin tone and also your chosen wardrobe pieces. 

Rose Gold, Silver and Platinum work well with lighter complexion tones while Gold and yellow often work well with olive to darker complexions. This could be considered a general guideline. Depending on the particular look you want to achieve, a direct contrast of lighter complexion with a warm gold or a darker complexion with a bright Platinum can also work well for a more striking look.

What does the 925 stamp on my Halzoni Fine Jewellery mean?

The 925 stamp is a hallmark that indicates the fine jewellery piece is made from Sterling Silver. 

 

What is Moissanite?

Moissanite is a rare mineral made of silicon carbide and is known for its high refractive index, which makes it more brilliant and iridescent than diamond. Moissanite is also more durable than diamonds because it does not have a cleavage plane, which is an internal plane along which a diamond crystal can easily split. This gives Moissanite a durability advantage over diamonds. 

How often should I clean my fine jewellery?

If you wear your fine jewellery pieces daily, then they would ultimately require cleaning once a month. Less frequent wear would require less frequent cleaning intervals. 

How do I clean my Halzoni Fine Jewellery?

When it comes to cleaning fine jewellery, less is often more. The last thing you want to do is damage a piece while trying to clean it. We recommend using a very soft brush, mild warm soapy water and occasionally bicarbonate of soda. Whatever dirt can't be removed with a light brush with warm soapy water, can often be removed with a little sprinkle of bicarbonate of soda onto the area, a few drops of soapy water and a gentle cleanse with a soft brush.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, However as we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied as the order would have most likely been processed and sent. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders should arrive in about 2 weeks due to high demand.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in Australian Dollars, which means if you order from abroad, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us and may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or with debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
